Just two slices of Burgen Buckwheat & Poppy Seed provide you with 30% of the RI+ for Calcium and 50% of the RI+ for Vitamin D both of which are needed for the maintenance of normal bones.

There are no artificial preservatives or flavourings in our recipes and all of our breads are suitable for vegetarians.
