Each loaf is made with one quarter sprouted whole grain flour and then with either sprouted linseed (Soya & Linseed) or sprouted oats (Oat & Quinoa).

We chosen to use a blend of wholegrain wheat flour and sprouted whole grain flour (spelt and wheat) to give a great tasting bread with a delicious texture.
